Wicked good experience! Right when I got there, I was treated to fresh melon juice while they explained everything. The staff really were very good, even got my laundry done in two hours. Always felt at home. The breakfast spread was amazing, so many choices! Seriously, can't beat that vibe in the cozy alley.

I stayed here for 1 day and will be back. The hotel was good value, it met requests, I appreciated its incredible location not far from the lake and restaurants, a quiet alleyway and shops and restaurants nearby offering great authentic Vietnamese foods. The staff was wonderfully helpful, always on hand when needed.

Location adjacent to the ancient church, a cafe down the road and a quaint alley adjoining the Cathedral square, minutes from the markets, the lake and generally in the best part of town. Nearby La Chapelle ha Noi Restaurant - great place to chill out.

The Suite rooms have a balcony and are excellent value for money. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay there.
The breakfast is served on a rooftop terrace which is very nice but can be hot in summer.

Not impressed! The church bells ringing every 15 minutes from 5 am was a lovely 'wake-up' call, ! Don't be fooled by the pictures. My so-called 'upgrade' was a worse room in a different building. A complimentary drink woudl ve been nice, but alas, I didn't receive one.

The bathroom in our room could really use an update, as the design felt quite dated and there were some cleanliness issues that diminished our overall experience.

The location of the hotel was very good en the staff was helpfull with everything.
We first got a room with a defect airco. After asking we got another room.
